Customer Engagement Executive
Hybrid (4 days in the Reigate office, 1-day WFH)
Permanent, full time
Salary: £30k basic (£45k OTE)

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
2. Maintain customer relationships and follow up on inquiries.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in customer service or sales.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
