Senior Sales Administrator
The Senior Sales Administrator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency of our sales department. By providing administrative and operational support to multiple sales teams within the department, you will ensure smooth workflows, help execute sales strategies, and foster collaboration across teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to sales teams, enabling them to focus on closing deals and driving revenue.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
* Prepare reports and dashboards to track sales progress.
* Assist with client communications by coordinating schedules, follow-up emails, and product information sharing.
* Prepare, proofread, and manage sales proposals, contracts, and other key documents in collaboration with the sales team.
* Act as the liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring all team needs are addressed in a timely manner.
* Help onboard and train new members of the sales support team, sharing best practices and guiding junior staff.
* Handle general office administration for the sales department.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A keen eye for accuracy and an ability to maintain quality under pressure.
* Team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
