Job description Job Title: Plumber/Multi trader - Temp to Perm Area: Petersfield Pay: £23 p/h Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Plumber/Multi trader to work on their maintenance contracts in Petersfield and surrounding. Van and fuel card included. Duties: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering etc. Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken. Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations Ensure work is completed on time To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for job repairs Available to cover out of hours emergency call outs in accordance with the Rota.
