What you’ll bring to the role:
5. Maximising performance by developing and executing the Parts department business plans.
6. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, monitoring customer service levels and providing the necessary support to Service and Sales departments.
7. An analytical approach, utilising monthly management accounts to monitor and control profitability and productivity.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating with the wider Aftersales and Sales teams on a daily basis.
9. Ensuring all company and manufacturer disciplines, procedures, and reporting analysis are adhered to.
10. Experience in a parts management or supervisor role, leading a team in a high-pressure environment to deliver an above budget financial performance.
11. Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise effectively in a commercial environment.
