Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming customers and providing assistance with product selection.
2. Offering expert advice on the latest trends and promotions.
3. Processing transactions at the till quickly and accurately.
4. Ensuring the shop floor is well-presented, with stock replenished and displays up to standard.
5. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends.
6. Supporting the store team with day-to-day operations.
7. Assisting during in-store events, promotions, and seasonal sales.

Additional Information:
This role has no guaranteed hours of work; hours can therefore vary from week to week, and as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required.
2. Passion for fashion and a keen eye for current trends.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers.
4. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
5. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
6. Team player with a proactive approach to tasks.
