They’re seeking a technical leader to guide their pricing department. The role focuses on developing advanced pricing optimisation models and enhancing profitability strategies by leveraging data science techniques.
Key Aspects of the Role:
* Develop models to predict customer behaviour and optimise pricing strategies.
* Drive innovation in pricing methodologies.
* Oversee technical improvements in pricing models and processes.
* Work closely with internal teams to refine risk predictions.
* Improve decision-making through standardized pricing tools.
* Lead regular pricing monitoring and analysis.
* Introduce new methods and refine existing pricing models.
* Coach and guide junior team members.
* Recruit / help develop talent within the division.
Technical & Analytical Requirements:
* Proficiency in SQL & Python (key for data analysis & modelling).
* Experience in Lending, Pricing, Commercial, Credit Risk, or Analytics.
* Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
