Position: Female Support Worker
Hours: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Three Days a Week (21-hour contract)
Pay: £12.83 per hour
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (IP33)

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting a young and energetic individual who loves to be active and engaged in various community activities. This is not your typical support worker role –this woman is full of life and enjoys a wide range of activities, from going swimming, visiting local attractions, attending social events, to simply exploring new hobbies and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accompany and support this woman in participating in community activities such as swimming, bowling, visiting the beach, and trampolining.
2. Engage in arts and crafts, watching movies, listening to music on the iPad, singing nursery rhymes, and other fun activities at home.
3. Assist with developing new skills and hobbies, encouraging her interests, and fostering independence.
4. Provide day-to-day assistance with tasks as needed, ensuring her well-being and safety during outings and home activities.
5. Facilitate social interactions and help build meaningful relationships within the community.
