Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
* Process invoices, receipts, payments, and statements
* Resolve supplier and invoice queries efficiently
* Support month-end closing activities
* Place Purchase Orders and manage order confirmations
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
* Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records
* Coordinate payment plans for suppliers
* Provide administrative support to both the finance and procurement teams
