The Opportunity
As a Senior, the candidate will have the ability and motivation needed to:
1. Begin to take ownership of their own portfolio with support from their manager
2. Support in delivering revenue and profitability targets
3. Begin to develop enduring client relationships
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Manage case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression, and closure, as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner
2. Play a pivotal role in investigations into conduct, attending interviews with relevant parties
3. Work collaboratively with directors and employees both pre- and post-appointment, as well as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases
4. Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders
5. Serve as a point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends
Requirements
What Are They Looking For?
1. ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified
2. Insolvency experience is essential for the role, as the candidate will need to be confident in managing asset valuations and realizations independently
3. Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress
4. Experienced case handler
