Branch Manager / Valuer – Southport
Salary: Up to £37,500 plus commission OTE £60k
One of the North West's largest group of independent estate agents, who complete over two thousand successful home moves across Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire, North Wales, and West Lancashire every year, are looking for a Branch Manager/Valuer to be kept busy, meaning great earning potential. You’ll be based on-site in Southport but covering the whole of Southport areas, so if you like being out and about with no 2 days looking the same, this is the role for you!
What’s in it for you
1. Annual salary up to £37,500 DOE
2. Uncapped commission structure (the current person has always achieved circa £50,000)
3. Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm

What you’ll be doing
1. To manage the day to day running of our busy sales branch ensuring our high customer service standards are achieved.
2. To come up with new & innovative ways to drive revenue & ensure the branch is exceeding set targets.
3. Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance.
4. Conducting inspiring 1:1’s for your team, recognising individual and team achievements & offering support and training where required.
5. To conduct property valuations & ensure the branch has a consistent plan in place for touting and securing new business.
6. To ensure the branch is compliant & efficient at all times.
7. To report branch performance figures to the company management team & attend monthly team meetings.
8. Monitor branch performance metrics and report on progress towards targets.
9. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
10. Utilise software tools, including Reapit, for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
11. Ensure that the branch adheres to all health and safety regulations.
What you will have
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential estate agency environment is essential.
2. Strong understanding of sales and the importance of excellent customer service.
3. Familiarity with using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
5. Demonstrated ability and desire to lead a team.
6. Full UK Driving Licence.
