The primary function of the role is the day-to-day contract management of a portfolio of NHSE provider contracts for All Ages Continuing Care, including monitoring, performance management in accordance with any contractual or locally agreed timetable.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will report to the Contract Manager in a supporting role in monitoring, reporting and management of the key national and local quality and access targets
This will include building effective relationships with relevant professionals and key stakeholders e.g., Service users, relatives, assessors, Placement officer, local authority representatives and providers etc.

Education
* Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
Knowledge & Experience
* Knowledge of database management, data cleansing and database reporting.
* Utilisation of benchmarking to inform management and performance
* Further training or significant experience in project management or supporting change management processes
* Experience in communications and stakeholder management
* Experience of working in Placements
* Previous experience in similar role in public sector
* A good understanding of the health and social care environment and roles and responsibilities within it
