Make a Difference: Behavioural Teaching Assistant
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavioural Teaching Assistants to join our network of partner schools across West Sussex, East Sussex, and Surrey.
* Work closely with teachers to support students with challenging behaviours, implementing positive behaviour strategies and creating a safe and supportive learning environment.
* Develop strong relationships with students, building trust and encouraging positive behaviour change.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children in a school setting or similar environment.
* Passion for supporting students with behaviour needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
