Job title: Learner Recruitment Officer
Location: Home based with occasional travel
This is a fixed term full-time role (37 hours per week) until June 2025.
About us: Education Development Trust is an education charity that exists to transform lives by improving education around the world. We work collaboratively with national and local governments, schools and other partners to design and deliver sustainable solutions to improve education.
As a Learner Recruitment Officer, your primary role is to attract and engage potential learners for skills education and training programmes, courses, or training sessions offered by Education Development Trust (EDT). Your job revolves around identifying individuals who could benefit from the courses provided and guiding them through the enrolment process through to successful completion.
Person Specification:
Knowledge
Essential:
1. Knowledge of different education settings and how learners may enter education at different points throughout their lives.
2. Knowledge of stakeholder relationship and management techniques resulting in effective performance and meeting KPIs.
3. Knowledge of effective customer service, sales techniques and effective recruitment strategies.
4. Level 4 minimum in a relevant qualification.
Experience
Essential:
1. Experience of working in sales or recruitment role with demonstrable experience of achieving KPIs.
2. Experience of working in a client-facing role providing excellent customer service.
3. Experience of working with a range of departments to achieve wider directorate KPIs.
4. Experience of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Experience of using a CRM (or similar) to maintain and update tracking systems.

Salary: £26,208.00 per annum FTE
