Elevation Recruitment are delighted to be working with this leading supplier of Pneumatic and Compressed Air equipment in their search for a Business Development Manager. This role is to manage and grow their Leeds territory.
You do not have to be an expert in their industry but what you do need is a great work ethic and a proven track record in B2B sales.
Business Development Manager Role & Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Retention:
1. Identify and target new business opportunities in the pneumatics sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy Development:
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and product innovations in the pneumatics field.
6. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to clients.
Collaboration:
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.
Qualifications:
9. Proven experience in business development within the industrial sector is desirable but not essential.
10. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
12. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
