What Will You Do?
As a Sales Estimator, your role will begin with a variety of administrative duties and customer service tasks, with the opportunity to grow into a full Estimator role. Your initial responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with general administrative duties to support the team.
2. Greeting and serving trade customers as needed, ensuring their needs are met.
3. Ensuring brochures and product information are replenished and available for customers.
4. Providing accurate and timely quotations to trade clients and homeowners using our system.
Once fully trained, you'll take on more responsibilities in the Estimator role, which includes:
1. Processing quotations using our Windows Designer software.
2. Preparing quotations and offering dedicated customer service to trade clients.
3. Managing your workload effectively to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Who Are We Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you'll need to bring a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment. The right candidate will have:
1. Good computer and IT skills (experience with design software is a plus).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong organisational skills, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
