Position: 360 Contracts Recruitment Consultant
Location: London, near Liverpool Street Station
Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base.
* Client Acquisition: Drive client acquisition efforts to secure new contract business opportunities.
* Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top IT talent through various channels.
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients you on-board who are hiring IT contractors and interim staff.
* Market Insight: Provide clients with valuable market insights and advice.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to the agency's growth.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a 360 Contracts Recruitment Consultant in the IT sector contract market.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proactive: Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results.
* Location: Must be able to work in the office near Liverpool Street Station, London, 5 days a week.
