As Regional Pharmacy Sales Manager, you will be joining at an exciting time where you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our future growth, focused on enhancing Eucerin’s Dermatological products across the Midlands pharmacies.
Your Tasks
Relationship Management
* This role will require you to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in independent pharmacies, including Pharmacists, Managers, and Sales Assistants to grow Eucerin sales.
Planning & Sales Delivery
* Develop and deliver in agreement with the Pharmacy Director and aligned with the Medical Manager, quarterly training and events plans ensuring alignment to overall marketing strategy and agreed commercial targets.
* Visit pharmacies according to the agreed call plan to merchandise, sell-in NPD and promotions, and actively take product orders via IQSALEs to drive sales.
* Develop new business relationships with targeted accounts in order to drive further distribution of the Eucerin brand.
* Collaborate with the Detailing Team to drive Medical Strategy and enable closed-loop Dermatologist recommendations.
Education & Training
* Provide skincare knowledge and consumer-oriented product/sales training to pharmacies via in-store visits, training events, webinars, or professional congresses to build our position as leaders/experts in skincare. Execute training utilising materials created by the Training Manager and provide input on material development.
Monitoring & Reporting
* Produce monthly reports for all relevant stakeholders on agreed targets in order to monitor performance and develop interventions to improve performance.
* Monitor competitor activity to develop and share insights that initiate further opportunities.
Point of Sale
* Secure distribution, optimal shelving allocation, and campaign execution as per the agreed plan to increase Eucerin distribution and exploit sell-out opportunities.
External Collaboration
* Collaborate with internal Supply Chain and Pharmed (3rd party logistical provider) on any logistical issues and facilitate resolution.
* Manage administration of the IQSALEs CRM system and act as the main point of contact for Eucerin.
* Collaborate with the S&CM Team on POS requirements.
Your Profile
* Experience in pharmacy sales, ideally in skincare.
* Interest/Affinity in skincare and dermatological content.
* Experience in direct-to-consumer sales.
* Experience in training.
* MS Office skills, driving licence.
* Communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong relationship building.
* Can-do attitude and resilience.
* Flexibility, willingness to travel.
