Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for Chef De Parties to join us on a casual basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide guests with an excellent customer experience serving a variety of dishes in our in-house bar The Anecdote.
Hours of work:
This role is offered on a Casual Worker basis with no guarantee of work.
Shift assignments are fully flexible and may include early starts, late finishes and weekend working
Rates of pay for this role start from £14.90 p/h
However to be successful in this role you must have previous Chef experience.
1. To maintain H&S compliance
1. Ensure that all food standards are delivered and maintained in all operational areas
1. To personally demonstrate that you take responsibility for your own health and safety and that of others
1. To ensure that you are fully compliant with all training requirements from Fraser group
1. To ensure full compliance with Food Safety legislation during every shift worked.
1. To forge and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues
1. To actively participate in stock control procedures ensuring we retain the right stock levels for the business, these are costed accurately and that regular stock takes are completed and reported.
1. To ensure portion control, correct preparation, and storage methods, avoiding wastage and keeping down costs for each unit, flexing requirements, as necessary.
1. To ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures
1. To ensure food is prepared to required standards checking for taste, presentation, and quality. To deliver food promptly and that you work quickly and efficiently to keep up with demand.
1. Ensure all Kitchen paperwork is completed per shift
1. To ensure kitchen and service areas are clean, tidy, and attractive during service.
Must hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher
