About this role: We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding and evolving Commercial Growth Team. As a Commercial Growth Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading a dynamic and talented team of 9 sales consultants. You will focus on supporting and empowering your team to achieve key business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team in promoting product adoption and awareness by engaging with restaurant partners, selling Promoted Placements, and advertising solutions. You will ensure your team provides a thorough understanding of our advertising products during the sales process, helping restaurant partners run successful campaigns and maximize revenue. Regular one-on-one coaching sessions, sales training, and the development of new initiatives to boost performance will also be key to the role, as you work to build a world-class sales service and exceed targets. These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Lead by example, supporting the Sales Team to align with our values and achieve targets. Manage the team through weekly one-on-ones, providing necessary tools and resources to meet goals. Monitor team performance, offer coaching, and implement training to improve outcomes. Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive business objectives and enhance results. Ensure consistent quality in calls and service, while educating partners on advertising solutions. Implement new & improve current processes to ensure your team has everything required to achieve targets / KPIs Collaborate with internal teams, roll out new products/processes, and deputise for the Regional Manager when needed. Support Senior team members in closing large chain deals and exploring new business opportunities. What will you bring to the table? Proven leadership and people management experience in telesales, sales, or business development, with a track record of driving growth and performance. Analytical thinker, able to interpret data insights to maximize impact and deliver results. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong listening abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work on time. Team player with the ability to foster a positive team dynamic and contribute creative, innovative sales ideas.
