Leadership & Management Trainers / Learning Specialists required to design and deliver virtual and blended learning solutions.
Location: Hybrid / Gillingham, Kent + travel.
Salary: Up to £47,300 per annum + benefits including 6 weeks holiday (plus bank holidays), funding for training/development, pension, private healthcare, mental health & well-being support.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. Excellent career progression opportunities.
About MKC Training: MKC Training are providers of innovative learning design and consultancy for businesses and the defence sector. They have delivered high-end military training to over 150,000 learners and are now expanding into civilian/commercial training.
Role Overview: The Learning Specialists will design and deliver effective, engaging, innovative, high-quality virtual and blended learning solutions across a growing commercial training portfolio encompassing leadership and management, project and programme management, and other behavioural and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct needs analysis and design learner-centric training programs.
2. Facilitate training sessions both virtually and face-to-face.
3. Engage with senior level audiences and adapt training to meet modern learners' needs.
4. Work with MS Office suite and web-based learning collaboration tools.
5. Deliver training in accordance with awarding body requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Recognised L&D qualification (level 3 minimum) and substantial experience in designing and delivering high-quality learner-centred programs.
2. Current and competent in vocational areas relevant to portfolio specialisms.
3. Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
4. Passion for helping others learn and develop.
5. Willingness to travel in the UK for face-to-face training.
