What to Expect We are recruiting for a Digital Product Manager to join our fantastic Marketing team in Woking. Reporting to the Global Digital & CRM Manager you will lead the development of technology, innovation, and functionality to deliver the industry benchmark experience our customers expect. You will lead significant transformation via our Every Second Counts vision and have a broad technical skill base, with a sound understanding of Configurator, CMS platforms, mobile, apps, and data flows. Beyond technical knowledge is the requirement to own the delivery of the digital experience on our customer facing platforms, solving business objectives with a roadmap that has a clear focus on deadlines and quality of delivery. What You'll Do Developing the global product vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog; ensuring alignment to wider business goals Implementing the successful end-to-end delivery of McLaren Automotive’s digital customer experience Driving engagement across the business, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with feature roadmap Collaborating with IT, Legal and international teams to ensure the roadmap is globally appropriate and adhering to local governance and regulations Responsible for the on-time, on-budget and on-strategy delivery of digital products Building strong and lasting relationships with the agencies so that they are motivated, high performing and adding value to our business Building business cases to ensure functionality drives long lasting value to entire business and aligns with the Track 25 business plan Owning User Acceptance Testing processes and validation Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to develop integrated plans and opportunities Supporting the Customer Experience Manager in the delivery of annual commercial plans Building effective relationships with all stakeholders across the business What You'll Bring Extensive experience in product management, ideally as a Product Manager / Owner Proven track record of end to end delivery of successful products Thorough understanding of DXP’s and joining up data sources Management and development of multi-layered and multi-lingual systems E-commerce experience Large scale, global project management experience Analytics and reporting on ROI of digital activity Automotive experience is highly desirable but not essential What We'll Do for You We offer a wide – ranging benefits package, which includes: Structured career development framework 25 days’ holiday, plus bank holiday.
