What experience is required? This role would be great for a candidate with some existing IP experience, who is trained in IP systems and well organised. Knowledge of renewals processes would be a bonus; however, this isn’t essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable dealing with numbers and calculating costs; duties within this role will involve this. Duties involve:
* Preparing cost quotes for renewals.
* Ensuring timely payment of renewals.
* Sending renewal reminders to clients.
* Liaising with clients, taking instructions, and providing updates on cases.
* Managing an inbox.
