Main duties of the job

This will include primary and secondary mental health care caseloads with whom they will work alongside to formulate risk management plans and care planning based on robust assessment of need. You will be approachable, energetic and resilient. You will be joining a team committed to improving the health and wellbeing of patients under our care and also supporting your professional development.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills within offender health and work closely within a multi-agency team to improve practice and overall experience for the service users.
We are looking for a good team player who has excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage their time effectively.
