Park Warden was required to work with the Belfast City Council based in York Road, Belfast.

This post is initially on a temporary basis for 3 months with the possibility of an extension.
The post is full-time working 37 hours a week between the hours of 06.30am -11pm on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday.
The rate of pay Monday to Friday is £15.33.
Saturday £23 and Sunday £30.66.
A successful candidates main duties will include: Enforcing council bye-laws such as dog control orders and litter control Patrolling the park and allotments Identifying problems and handling issues related to antisocial behaviour Updating and maintaining park opening signs Undertaking routine inspections of paths, park furniture, lighting and reporting any issues To lift litter, waste, rubbish and hazardous materials such as glass bottles, dog fouling etc Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks What We Need From You Clean and current UK driving licence 1 year relevant work experience dealing with members of the public Experience working within a security role, for example, opening/closing facilities, carrying out patrols, setting alarms, recording and reporting incidents and working with other statutory bodies Working in an enforcement or legislative role, for example, dog control orders, litter code and, or alcohol enforcement What We Will Offer You Weekly pay Opportunity to work in the public sector Attractive Pay Rate The Next Steps Contact Kayleigh Edgar in our Belfast office Apply via the link First Choice is an equal opportunities employer Skills: Patrolling Inspections Vehicle Checks
