About the Role:
As a People Analytics Officer, you will collaborate with the People Analytics Operations Manager to develop and enhance our workforce datasets and analytics. You'll work closely with other teams to create innovative solutions, including bespoke tools and dashboards, to support the council in making data-driven, strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For:
* An experienced Analyst who can interpret and present complex data accurately using analytics software/tools/methodologies, such as Power BI.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
* Initiative and the ability to work independently.
* A passion for data and the insights it can provide.
