About the Role: You will be working as part of our friendly housing repairs team, delivering excellent customer service to our customers. You will be required to problem solve to ensure that repairs are thoroughly diagnosed, scheduled, and allocated in a timely manner to our trade team through our in-house appointments system. You will also be responsible for communicating with our wider team of supervisors, operatives, and our client to ensure we are meeting our agreed targets. The role can often be quite challenging, and every day is different, but with our helpful and supportive team ethic, and our lovely customers, it can also be very satisfying. The suitable candidate needs to have excellent communication skills, be compassionate with the ability to actively listen, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure, as we are the reassuring voice when our customers need us the most.
