TheTransformation Lead Nurse for Urgent & Emergency Carehas responsibilityon behalf of the Chief Operating Officer for the delivery of the Trust’s Urgent & Emergency Care improvement programme.Thepostholder will work closely with Divisional leadership teams, the Associate Medical Director (on behalf of the Executive Medical Officer) and the Chief Operating Officer to ensure that Urgent & Emergency Care services are safe, responsive and effective for the patients that we serve.
Thepostholderwillactasarolemodelforoutstandingleadershipandmanagementandplayavitalroleindelivering evidence-based best practice in Urgent & Emergency Care servicesin line with the Trust’svision,valuesandstrategicgoals.Thepostholder will work closely with partners across the Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin Integrated Care System to ensure patients receive high quality Urgent & Emergency Care in the most appropriate setting.
This postholder will work closely with the Divisional Leadership Teams, and colleagues from the Executive Medical Director’s Office, Executive Director of Nursing Office and the Chief Operating Officer’s Office to lead, co-ordinate and advise on all elements of Urgent & Emergency Care improvement.
