Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain your own portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
2. Develop and deliver market presentations, reflecting renewal strategies tailored to client needs.
3. Prepare comprehensive renewal reports for clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
4. Handle day-to-day client insurance and risk inquiries promptly and efficiently.
5. Facilitate mid-term changes to client risk profiles in coordination with internal teams.
6. Attend meetings with insurers and clients as required, representing the company professionally.
7. Provide support to the Associate Director across all facets of insurance broking activities.
8. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in account handling or client advisory roles within the commercial insurance broking sector.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
3. Demonstrated willingness to pursue further insurance qualifications, if not already achieved.
4. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, while also capable of independently managing client relationships.
