Summit Recruiters is seeking a Contract Lift Manager on behalf of a leading construction company. This role is within their Contract Lift & Plant Installations Division, overseeing lifting operations and project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attend site meetings and surveys to assist with project planning.
2. Create lifting plans, crane lift drawings, and logistic plans.
3. Conduct vehicle sweep path analysis and cost estimations.
4. Prepare client documentation and quotations.
5. Review lift plans for quality and accuracy.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Appointed Person: Plan and document lifting operations, conduct inspections, and oversee risk management.
2. Lift/Crane Supervisor: Verify certifications, supervise lifts, and ensure safe execution.
3. Slinger/Signaller: Operate slinging equipment, follow lift plans, and direct crane movements.
