As a Head of Income Generation & Commercial Development, you will:
Lead and develop the charities approach to income generation through commercial development activities, including identifying the strategic direction
Promote and expand the charities commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth
Attend & contribute to the Senior Leadership Team meeting
Lead, inspire, develop and manage the fundraising, marketing and communications teams to enable them to meet their objectives
Work closely with the CEO & COO by providing evidence based recommendations to generate additional income
Contribute to other areas of the organisational strategy & shaping the future direction of the charity
To be successful as a Head of Income Generation & Commercial Development, you will:
Have extensive experience of management at a senior leadership level in an income generation role or demonstrable transferable skills
Have a proven track record in generation of income from a variety of sources
Be experienced in setting and monitoring income and expenditure budgets
Be confident in designing, implementing and evaluating fundraising
In return, my client if offering a salary of £47,380. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
