Sales Manager
Location: Northwest England
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our client's established team. Our client boasts a strong heritage in the Northwest, selling a diverse range of products within the farming world. From Fairfax & Favor bags and Barbour clothing to lawnmowers, fencing, and equestrian goods, they offer a comprehensive sales portfolio both in retail and online.
About the Role
As the Sales Manager, you will:
1. Manage and expand the company's sales portfolio, encompassing both retail and online channels.
2. Uphold the company's high standards of customer service, maintaining their impressive 4.9 out of 5 Feevo rating.
3. Collaborate effectively with the existing sales team to drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For
4. Experience: Sales experience in agriculture, equestrian, farming or a related sector.
5. Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the agricultural industry and a genuine interest in the farming community.
6. Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to representing our branded partners with integrity.
7. Team Player: Ability to work well within a team.
8. Qualifications: An AMTRA qualification is desirable but not essential.

Working Hours
13. Standard Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
14. Saturdays: Rotational basis
15. Bank Holidays: Considered normal working days with days in lieu provided.
