Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, this position focuses on conducting risk assessments, training employees on safety protocols, and supporting the development of workplace safety initiatives. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across European countries Conduct risk assessments and store safety audits, recommending and implementing necessary improvements Monitor workplace safety practices, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Support the investigation of workplace incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions Deliver health and safety training sessions to store teams on best practices and emergency response Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies aligned with regulatory requirements Support the coordination of fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid training Keep detailed records of health and safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance updates Promote a proactive safety culture across all locations, encouraging awareness and adherence to policies Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes, advising management on necessary updates Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in health and safety, preferably in a retail or multi-site environment Knowledge of European health and safety regulations and risk assessment processes Strong communication skills to train and engage employees on safety measures Experience handling workplace safety investigations and policy compliance Proficiency in English; additional European languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian) are a plus Desirable but Not Essential Experience working across multiple European countries and in multi-site retail operations Familiarity with designer toy retail operations or pop culture trends NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent health & safety certification
