They are delivering year on year growth and their customer base is in the millions They are looking for a Customer Marketing Planning Manager to develop, optimise, execute & review the seasonal customer trade plan. Responsibilities: Creating, managing & optimising a seasonal trade plan that includes all full price & promotional activations, to increase reasons to visit for their customer segments Utilising customer, market & business insight to increase short & long term customer & commercial opportunities Collaborating with the customer propositions manager to recognise the role of propositions within the seasonal trade plan & apply this to individual events or activations Briefing Insight, Customer, Campaign, Product, & Channel teams to support the enhancement of the short & long term customer trade plan Using the customer trade planning critical path, project manage seasonal events, guaranteeing key meetings are diarised & deadlines are met Establishing agendas for planning meetings, taking minutes & following up with actions Working cross functionally & create solid relationships throughout all parts of the business to regularly communicate, influence & deliver customer plans successfully Being a representative for the customer team in; trade, planning & sign off meetings, playing the voice of the customer, guaranteeing plans are delivered on time & against the KPIs Organising & managing time successfully including organising multiple seasons, tasks & deadlines while being able to identify & prioritise business critical tasks Promoting efficient, simple processes & continuously look for ways to improve What you will need: 5 or more years experience in a commercial trade facing role – eCommerce, buying, merchandising, finance, marketing planning, or retail management Solid project management & communication skills Capable of leading cross functional teams and can evidence influencing at all levels Strong knowledge of retail within an omnichannel environment Capability to transform complex data and insight into actions plans
