Your role is more than just sales—it's about creating an exceptional customer journey, providing expert insight, advice and educating on renewable energy solutions, helping customers take the first step towards a greener, energy-efficient living. What you’ll do : You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new warm sales opportunities (you won’t be making any cold calls), building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong understanding of renewable energy products (which we’ll train you on), and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience. You’ll enjoy working with and following a clear, consistent sales process to deliver results Become a specialist in solar energy solutions, educating customers with professionalism and insight Take initiative, be accountable, and work to convert leads into successful home appointments. Influence and guide customers by clarifying and understanding their individual needs and delivering tailored solutions. Provide weekly reports on your own activities, tracking performance against targets and KPIs. Identify and continually improve customer solutions and processes Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. What we’re looking for: Strong experience in a Customer Service Role ideally gained in a contact centre (this may or may not be in the renewable energy industry) The ability to listen and anticipate customer needs to ensure a robust professional and accurate qualification process. Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to explain processes in a patient, empathetic, consultative and straightforward way Able to communicate in writing effectively and quickly to the sales team Comfortable working to targets and deadlines Enjoy solving problems and improving service solutions A pro-active ‘can do’ attitude to get things done and deliver Confidence in making outbound calls and converting leads to home appointments Have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills Someone who works well individually and as part of a professional team Have a passion for learning and developing your skills Comfortable using a headset, computer, keyboard and different IT systems such as google maps and CRM databases If you’re a motivated self-starter with a passion for renewable energy and a drive to exceed expectations then this is your chance to shine and develop your career The start date for these roles will be mid May (tbc) and your full attendance is needed for the initial 2 weeks training programme without taking any holidays during this period. Training will be Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
