Purpose of the Job
Permanent Point of Sale is the among the fastest growing areas of our business and we continue to invest into further expanding it. As part of this, HH Global has a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Leader with extensive expertise in the Point of Sale (POS) category to join our team.
The expertise required to successfully deliver in this touchpoint category is specific given the highly complex nature of design and engineering, variety of materials and the requirement to not only move the final product cross-borders, but also ensure the last mile delivery and installation is perfect. The role will be accountable for the sourcing function within this category globally including technical buying, installation services and quality management.
The holder of this role will be part of the global Sourcing Leadership team.
The Permanent Point of Sale category includes a range of goods and services:
* Permanent point of sale display units
* Store fixtures and furniture
* Special execution props
* Experiential third party(physical permanent materials)
Key Responsibilities
* Continue the development of the strategic vision for the Permanent POS touchpoint category working with senior stakeholders across HH Global
* Deliver the change management required to execute the strategic vision
* A best-in-class global supply chain that delivers value across best price, best quality, best service, innovation and sustainability for HH Global’s client engagement teams and clients
* Directly support the client engagement teams across a range of issues in front of the client including business development, concept and solution development, quality management, supply chain and escalations
* Support with potential acquisition activity in relation to this category
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
* Substantial experience within the Permanent Point of Sale (POS) category at a senior manager level
* Extensive experience and capability in directly supporting client engagement teams by addressing various challenges
* An inspiring leadership style, with the capability to communicate the strategic vision for the category to all stakeholders and successfully manage this
* Ability to hold C-level relationships with key suppliers
* Excellent P+L management skills and ability to manage risks and opportunities to a P+L
* Robust negotiator able to secure the best commercial positions for HH Global and its clients
