If you are a Norwegian speaker, look no further! On behalf of an international client we are looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Service Supervisor to join their new team. The client has offices in Daventry and Dunton and it is required that you can commute to either of these offices on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week. In this Supervisor role you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the Norwegian speaking Customer Service team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring, guiding, coaching, developing and motivating your team
Assist with employee onboarding
Liaise with internal stakeholders to stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry regular
Setting clear KPIs and objectives and ensuring they are achieved
Provide training to employees for continuous developmentAbout you:
The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and excellent Norwegian language skills. For this role it is important that you have previous experience supervising and motivating a team. You will be required to work from either the Daventry or Dunton office, twice per week. Profile:
Norwegian to mother tongue standard and fluent English, both written and spoken
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a customer service environment is essential
Ability to supervise and motivate a team
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong team player with the ability to provide good direction
