The Senior Member Engagement Officer will oversee the Member Engagement Officers and support the Sales and Engagement Coordinator, ensuring a seamless delivery of services. The Senior Member Experience Officer will exemplify professionalism and foster a positive, supportive environment and will contribute to the development of a strong, engaged team, actively demonstrating Councils customer promise. Through hands on involvement, they will drive high standards of member engagement and satisfaction across all Aquatic and Leisure venues. Essential criteria Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, meet regular deadlines and work effectively under pressure Demonstrated leadership experience in a customer service environment Current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate NSW Working with Children Check Desirable criteria Experience in a point of sale online and face to face platform Experience in invoicing and debtor’s platform Experience in an administration-based role Commencing salary: $67,619.00 per annum, plus 11.5% Superannuation, plus weekend penalties (where applicable). This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW.
