We are looking for a full time Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) with a current UK Pin Number and a passion for delivering outstanding care.

We currently have opportunities in the North East at our new, purpose-built facility at Cygnet Hospital Hexham in Northumberland.
The 27-bed facility provides care for women with complex mental health needs, and we are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses to further strengthen the Hexham team.
Your Day-to-Day:
1. Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
2. Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
3. Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing.
4. Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
5. Administer prescribed medicines following Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

You:
An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number, you'll have:
Essential:
1. The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role.
2. A good understanding of the latest nursing practices.
3. A commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk.
4. Compassion, resilience, and a dedication to empower and support service user independence.
Desirable:
1. The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role.
2. An interest in leadership, research, and assessment.
