The Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat, Email & Social Media Advisor to join our contact center in Hinckley, Leicestershire. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through multiple channels including live chat, email, and social media. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for answering their questions and issues. Skills & Experience Desired Excellent at multitasking A self-starter who can show they have worked well on their own and as part of a team, demonstrating a real drive and ability to innovate and deliver outstanding customer service. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail is essential.
