Join our team as a Skills Bootcamps Project Manager This role is pivotal in delivering the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee through intensive and flexible courses designed to fast-track individuals into employment. You will manage the contract with the Department for Education (DfE) and collaborate with businesses, delivery partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. As the Skills Bootcamps Project Manager, you will: Develop and implement an ambitious project plan for the continued delivery of Skills Bootcamps across Lancashire Manage and coordinate the project plan, ensuring alignment with national skills and education policy and the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub Strategic Framework Manage a financial contract of approximately £6.5 million Produce reports and presentations for stakeholders, detailing progress and recommendations Please note, this role will be based in the Lancashire Region. As the Skills Bootcamp Project Manager, you will be required to work in Lancashire 2-3 days per week. Experience of interpreting Government policy and translating policy to the local skills and education landscape. Our ideal applicant will also have great communication skills, experience managing a team, and a strong understanding of the employment and skills landscape within Lancashire.
