We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to provide essential support to our key departments, including the PXF Service Desk, Alarm Service Desk, Fire Risk Assessment, Compliance, and Fleet Management. Morgan Fire Protection’s Business Apprentices
Provide support in a fast paced, busy, and varied work environment. Provide support with administrative tasks, data entry, data cleansing, and system work.
* Provide general administrative support to office staff, including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Work with team members on various projects and tasks if and when required.
* Liaise with technicians and provide support with their administrative requirements, such as parking and equipment needs.
* Answering calls that come into the office via Avaya Telephone System – including new customers, new enquiries, queries etc.
* Responding / Filing / Dealing with incoming emails in the Shared Email Inbox.
* Provision of Stock – ordering stock from different suppliers, based on the engineer's requirements.
* Moving and reorganising stock cupboards/storeroom.
* General office administration tasks – including filing, shredding, franking post etc.
* Ordering stationery & ensuring stationery cupboard is kept well stocked and tidy.
* Learning CRM CASH system and keeping database clean and tidy – including updating customer details, ensuring email addresses are up to date, and cleansing of data – training will be provided for this responsibility.
* Investigating queries & dealing with customers.
Please Note: training will be provided to ensure that all the above tasks can be carried out in line with company requirements.

Working hours are 9 am till 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch. This role will be based onsite full-time.
