Keystone Care is currently looking for an experienced Home Manager to join a reputable Residential Home on a permanent basis. Our client delivers passionate and person-centred care to their residents. The post holder will aim to raise standards of care, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity whilst developing their teams to reach their full potential.

Location: North Yorkshire
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: £52,000 per annum
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop high-quality services for all our residents, alongside developing and guiding the staff team.
2. Instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service.
3. Work with staff, residents, and their families to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care.
4. Ensure the promotion of high standards of care and follow diligently CQC guidelines.
5. Manage staff appropriately to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently.
6. Control and manage the budgets and accounts for the home.
Skills and Experience:
1. 2 years of Residential or Nursing Home management experience.
2. Achieved or working towards the L5 Health and Social Care Management Diploma.
