We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Hub. There are part time and full time (35 hours per week) positions available, please state on your application your preference. All roles are offered on a permanent basis.
The successful candidates will have a passion for ensuring the customer experience is at the heart of what we do and ensuring meaningful outcomes are achieved for tenants and residents. Working as part of a team, you will be delivering high quality, responsive and accurate telephone and reception services for existing and prospective customers. You will work as part of the Customer Hub team to handle all inbound telephone calls and face-to-face meetings with customers. You will facilitate a professional and satisfactory outcome to the customer, and overall improve satisfaction with the process and outcome of the customer, sharing key learning outcomes across the organisation.
The successful people will have experience in providing excellent customer service and the ability to deal with all enquiries in a friendly, efficient and calm manner, providing appropriate advice and ensuring wherever possible that first time resolution is achieved. You will liaise with colleagues in other departments and external agencies where appropriate and initiate any necessary follow-up actions, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date records are kept on the appropriate housing management systems or any other systems as advised by Customer Services Supervisor.
