3. Risk and Cost Assessment: Compare the financial and operational risks of a modular system against the current single-system approach, providing detailed cost analysis.
4. Modular System Mapping: Develop a modular system map outlining potential configurations based on user needs and financial viability.
5. Blueprint Development: Create a delivery blueprint for transitioning from a monolithic system to a modular system, including prioritization of module implementation.
6. Integration Planning: Analyze how the existing Oriel system can support Beta phases of the modular rollout, ensuring a seamless transition.
7. Reporting and Recommendations: Produce a comprehensive final report summarizing findings, recommendations, and supporting evidence, including a concise executive summary for stakeholders.
8. Technology Analysis Report: Evaluation of COTS and internal systems.
9. Risk and Cost Report: Comparative analysis of modular vs. monolithic systems.
10. Future-State Modular Map: Visual and detailed roadmap for system evolution.
11. Delivery Blueprint: Step-by-step guide to implement a modular approach.
12. Final Report and Executive Summary: Consolidated findings with actionable recommendations.
13. Support business development and authoring of responses based on capacity.
