My client are currently looking for an Assistant Contracts Manager to join our experienced Contracts Team.
As an Assistant Contracts Manager, you will be involved in:
* Assisting the contracts team with the delivery of Contracts by liaising with Design, Procurement, Production & Site.
* Assisting with resource planning.
* Completing Surveys i.e. measuring material quantities, procuring materials & sourcing alternative solutions as required.
* Maintaining project tracker and reporting on any known potential issues.
* Minute taking at site meetings.
The successful application will have:
* Completed a Construction related Degree
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
* Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a team and use your own initiative
* A can do attitude
