Finance assistant required to join this leading agent close to LHR This will be working on a TEMP to PERM basis, Monday to Friday 9-5.30 or thereabouts You will be supporting the Finance Team with tasks including VAT Returns, Payroll, Finance System Management, ONS Returns, Year-End Tasks Tasks include but are not limited to: Processing and paying supplier invoices. Processing customer invoices. Raising Purchase Order Credit Control/Credit Management. Supporting the Finance Team and Department Heads with any Management reporting. Ad hoc office administration tasks. Ideal candidate will have the following: Excellent track record within a Freight/Logistics/Airline background Full 5 year checkable work history Excellent time management and prioritisation of work often with conflicting deadlines Ability to radiate positivity and confidence to work as part of a developing and growing team Reliable and punctual, with a positive professional attitude and approach to work Finance Qualification/Part-Qualified Absolute attention to detail Experience in a Finance Role Excellent verbal and written communication skills IT ability including MS Word and MS Excel Ability to adapt quickly to new software Excellent at creating and maintaining positive working relationships with interpersonal skill, both remotely and face to face Salary £25k-£30k Please send your CV to Kellie Buckley
