This is an opportunity for an eCommerce Marketplaces Manager to join a growing eCommerce to help deliver sales and strategy for global brands. As the Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our presence in relevant online marketplaces ensuring our trading card products reach a wider audience and achieve optimal sales performance. Responsibilities: Marketplace Store Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our presence on key online marketplaces, including Amazon and working cross functionally with counterparts at Fanatics Commerce. Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and pricing Sales Performance: Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and maximize revenue on relevant platforms. Inventory and Fulfilment: Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to maintain adequate stock levels on relevant marketplaces. Optimize fulfilment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing. Marketing and Advertising: Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive traffic. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and capitalize on seasonal trends. Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights. Regularly report on marketplace sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay informed about Amazon policies and ensure compliance with all marketplace rules and regulations. Work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve any issues related to policy violations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience managing an Amazon marketplace for consumer goods. In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces including product listing optimization and advertising features. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
