Chef Manager - Nuneaton
Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday - Friday Role!
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our Eurest teamin Nuneaton.
Services provided are breakfast, lunch, vending and hospitality
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Leading the Sous Chef to provide excellent quality lunch offer
2. Understand and deliver all contractual terms
3. Analyse and effectively manage all in unit costs
4. Serve on the counter and operate the till during service times
5. Monitor and manage GP
6. Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained
7. All food wastage is recorded and minimised
8. Ensure that all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures.
9. Liaise with client to ensure an innovative and create offer
10. Ensure all food prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and portion specifications
11. Manage the processing of food orders, the receipt and storage of deliveries
12. Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
13. Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment
