Are you an experienced Office Manager with a background in the construction, transport or similar? We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to overseeing key operational functions at Head Office and across the branch network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the branch network to meet financial compliance requirements
* Handle estate agent/landlord negotiations for new premises and maintain existing lease contracts.
* Organize and manage utilities for all locations.
* Assist the Operations Director with business-related litigation, including insurance claims.
* Conduct financial compliance audits to ensure branches
* Oversee the Credit Control Manager and Invoicing Clerk at Head Office.
* Manage the various terms and conditions across the business.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor business performance.
* Coordinate with other departments to address delivery issues and maintain efficient service.
* Relay depot performance issues to the Operations Director and Managing Director.
* Ensure awareness of Risk and Fire Assessments and follow Company Standard Operating Procedures.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Experience of dealing with business legal issues
* Hardworking, reliable, and able to build cohesive, motivated teams.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and planning skills.
* PC literate with a strong customer focus.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of integrity, ownership, and responsibility.
