Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, medical and nursing personnel, and all supporting hospital departments as appropriate, always maintaining professionalism. Answer the telephone and relay messages accurately, courteously, and competently. Welcome patients and visitors in a professional, friendly and helpful manner. Prepare patients for their MRI scan by providing reassurance to the patient to overcome any patient concerns, to obtain the level of cooperation required to achieve a successful outcome to procedures. Work effectively as a member of the team, offering support to colleagues and requesting assistance as necessary. Record care given accurately, completely, and concisely on the various systems including CRIS and Ecare.
